Irina Turcan

Irina Turcan is the co-founder of Erbology, a wellness brand rooted in ancient plant traditions and modern nutritional science. Born in Moldova, she grew up surrounded by her grandmother’s herbal rituals, drying plants on newspapers, crafting teas and tinctures, and treating nature as both medicine and teacher.
Later, in London, Irina saw how wellness had become dominated by synthetic supplements. Determined to offer a cleaner and more authentic path, she created Erbology to bring potent, organic, whole-plant ingredients back into everyday life.
Today, she works directly with farmers worldwide, crafting pure powders, oils and blends inspired by Ayurveda, TCM and European herbalism. Laura Kreismane

Laura Kreismane is the founder and creative force behind Dabba Organic Cosmetics, a Latvian skincare brand rooted in wild meadows, forests, and an uncompromising respect for nature.

Laura built her brand around floral waters (hydrosols), distilled from freshly harvested plants grown and foraged close to her own distillery. By cultivating and collecting herbs at their peak vitality and processing them within minutes, she preserves what she calls “the real aroma and energy of the plant”, without masking it with synthetic fragrance or unnecessary additives.

As an entrepreneur, she is known for choosing integrity over trends, crafting small-batch products that follow natural cycles rather than industrial schedules.
